Noses cherry, blueberry, spice (no pepper). A bit of acid on the tongue, but otherwise nice. Taste has moderate tannins, blueberry comes through, a bit acidic.

Preferred this to the 2017. Wine had a nose full of wet leather which I found positive. Full and rich berries in the mouth. Would buy again.
