Fruit forward, but lacking in the midpalate, and finishing a bit thin. pretty good, not great. A bargain, though.

Very fruit-forward wine, beatuiful and sweet nose of strawberry jam, this exploded in the mouth with berry and currant flavors. Luscious, luscious, luscious. Moderate finish, and just a touch of heat. But this was a surprising wine from a little known vineyard in the Sacramento Delta region.
