Dominic Huber masterclass (Hams & Clams) : bought grapes The wine shows vibrant powerful red cherry fruit notes, not shouting, currant notes, a bit mineral, again some dry herb notes, there is a certain "warmth", some herbal notes like liquorice Palate shows vibrant character again, very fresh, pure black fruit, nice acidity, juicy profile, again herbal notes, elegant, light body, mineral, med finsih Youthful and fresh
