Coravin 1 glass - mineral, flint, not much else. 2 weeks later, took the cork out. Better. Some lemon, creaminess, sparkling water. Palate, very full, good length. Think it needs a good long decant to show itself.

Coravin day 1 - slight strange observation as it pours out like a very slightly sparkling wine. Chalk, mineral, stem? , stone fruit, Ok. Nothing standing out so far. Slightly muted if you asked me. Day 4 - uncorked. Just two glasses left. Creamy, lemon, stone fruit, chalk. Chalk, mineral, nice. Needs a decant, and not a short one.

A disaster. A lot of petillance as mentioned by Neal Martin in his tasting note. Slathered in way too much new oak. Smells of char, tastes bitter. Very disappointing. Purchased on release.
