Biodynamically grown Sauvignon Blanc grapes fermented in oak with ambient yeasts after a 12 hour skin contact. Aged for a further 9 months on its lees in oak barrels. Reticent nose hinting at gooseberry aromas and tropical undertones. Ripe with a creamy texture, with opulent flavours of mango and passion fruit all perfectly lifted by its intense acidity. Seamless and riveting finish.
