Wine Selectors 50 Best Tasting (Wharf 2 13 Hickson Road Millers Point) : Cherry, blackcurrant, liquorice, sweet spice, cedar, tiny smidge of plain chocolate. Nice nose. Juicy red over black hued fruit, drying slightly woody chalky textured tannic grip, fruit doesn't quite present after the promise of the nose, finishes with some non-intrusive alcohol warmth.

Bright colourful red/purple colour. Dry red fruit nose. Soft, smooth and silky with a big fleshy red fruit finish. Very easy and pleasant drinking and a good match with BBQ’d pork cutlets.

Dark brooding red in the glass. Clean and simple red fruit nose. Red fruits initially with lots of flavour then finishing with a long dry, slightly astringent character, but not at all unpleasant. Definitely a food wine. Good match with roast pork fillets.
