Strågul/disig, noe uklar. Spennende gjæraktig preg ved åpning, kan faktisk minne om en lett utviklet champagne med gjærbakst (fra "indigienous yiests"?) og grønne epler. Heftig vin med god fylde, kremet munnfølelse, stor konsentrasjon. Veldig rik stil med god frukt mot grønne epler og sitrus, samt et herlig saltpreg. Heftige 14,5 % alkohol, men det skjemmer ikke. Super match til winerschnitzel i mangel av grüner veltliner! 92-93 p.
