Domaine la Balmeraie Vacqueyras

In the nose wet stones, minerals, smoke, pepper and plums on medium (-) intensity. On the plate dry, medium (+) body, ripe medium (+) tannins and flavor intensity with subtle red and darker fruits as morello cherries, plums, some cream and jamon serrano type of meatiness, a very long finish.
