Domaine Jean-Marc Pillot Chassagne-Montrachet Les Chaumes

This bottle was not quite as good as the previous 2, but still wonderful. Beautiful minerality and lemon zest with some lush tropical notes that closes with that some butterscotch goodness.

This wowed once again. Beautiful minerality with crisp acidity and tangy fruit followed by a luscious butterscotch thing. Just so freaking good.

This was wonderful. Just so good. Great minerality with tropical and stone fruits. I would love to have more.

From a 375 ml nose: French. Loamy soils, sea breeze, light but pungent fruit palate: Oily almost, with thick flower petals, some banana peel and lemon marmalade, and an oak resin finish. Very Good at pop and pour. Outstanding later on. I'm not going to admit to the absurdly low price I bought this for....instead I'm just going to go back and buy more.
