Saturday night at The Papies (The Papies, Elizabeth St, London) : A very pretty and artisanal Mezcal, soft and round and in a way gentle. Soft smoky feel of course, good balance and for a joven a really impressive level of quality. We love this artisanal rebirth of Mezcal , well we have just started to encounter it at least!
