{500ml, screwcap, 9%} Ripe and honeyed nose. Youthful and fresh. The palate is very monochrome with its honey flavours; it’s not hugely botrytis-influenced to my palate, but very sweet anyway. Longevity and complexity is compromised by fairly low acidity; for all its lusciousness this is a wine for the shorter term.
