Barrel Sample tasted at the domaine. The broadest aromas of any of Prudhon's 2005 white St. Aubins we tried. Red apple / apple sauce. Juicier / riper in the mouth.

France Trip Part 3 - Burgundy; 6/20/2006-6/23/2006 : Barrel sample tasted at the domaine. A step up from the others, showing a spicier nose of apples, caramel, minerals, and stones. Nice balance and power. Very promising.
