Ruby red with light aromas of dark berries and spices. Balanced, a little weak with a smooth, dry finish. This is not a robust Bordeaux but instead is light and very drinkable.

Good, fulsome nose with all those good, dark bordeaux scents in it. Promises of a certain kind of richness. Dark in the glass too. But then mingy in the mouth, watery, alcohol-forward, and disappointing. Not a BAD wine, but not what was promised by the lovely nose.

I know nothing about this estate, but I can categorically state that this is the best Bordeaux for under $10 that I have tasted this year. Medium color, moderate nose of berries and spice. Fairly lean on the palate, some dark fruit, but more mineral notes over fully resolved tannins. Smooth finish. This is a throwback to old style Bordeaux, the kind I enjoyed in my salad days. Rather simple, some fruits but lacking others, medium bodied, quite smooth. Not worth the $$$.
