Awesome wine at 17 years. The wine has become slightly honeyed with well-integrated flavors, with an acid underlayment. The fruit is still present and the array of flavors presented is a joy. We enjoyed comparing this to Albert Mann's Auxerrois 2011. The Gruner had a slightly sharper acid profile and displayed slightly less dimensionality, but both were wonderful bottles.

Significantly better than before. The wine has started to "honey". Still with good fruit and acid. This is just delicious. Two more bottles...

This bottle was better than the last. Maybe just needs 12 years! Floral notes in the nose, white fruits when tasting. This is surprisingly full-bodied and substantial. Lovely bottle.

Good versatile wine. Some subtlety and nuance in the flavors over a core of acidity.

Nice wine with a tuna starter at a M&P dinner.

An easy-drinking, versatile wine. Drank over two nights (gassed in between). Perhaps even better the second night. Well balanced, good fruit, enough acidity. Not as "floral" as some of the earlier reviews, but I imagine that is just a function of its changing character in the bottle. I think this has quite a few years ahead of it.

Weygandt Selections - Annual Portfolio Tasting (Astor Place - New York, NY) : This had a really lovely peppery spice to the palate with dense white florals and a really firm structure. A big surprise to me, and a hell of a value.

Grapefruit, toasty overtones and very subtle lychee and cinnamon. Good mouthfeel and acidity. Nice.
