Nose: strawberry, cherry, some pepper Taste: smooth and mellow, light taste. Not noticing tannins without food. With meat and cheese it's goes well. Todd noticed the pepper more with Spicy meat. Shan found the soppressata (spicy meat) really brought out the flavour of the wine. Appearance: light red, not deep colour
