Medium-intensity purple, attractively bright, pretty much translucent. A quite remarkable absence of nose. On the palate it's medium to full bodied and pleasantly fruity in an undefined way. Dark smoky flavours emerge with a bit of time, adding depth. This is growing on me - slowly, very slowly.
