Wow, this is great WV Pinot Noir. Brief double-decant. On day one, this was a bold dark-fruited Pinot with nice balance and a great finish. On day two, more of the same, with a somewhat more refined structure. There is some whole cluster fermentation, which enhances the tannin structure and other elements, but has a ways to go, given that it's actually better on day two than when initially tried it the evening we opened it.
