Structure is still good with sufficient fruit to make this still a solid drinker for nights whenyouarenot looking for a light wine. Gave it a little aeration but not too much. Not an "event " wine but a solid grab it any day and enjoy wine.

This smoothed out a bit over the last day. But it's still coming in hot on the palate. The tannins are fairly stiff on the day one, but smooth out a bit on day two. If this is really going to be worth the price it will need another few years. Drink now-2022. But I suggest waiting until 2020 to see if there's any improvement.

color - dark purple, legs - long to develop and lasting, nose - Strawberry/Red Fruit/ hint of raisins, taste - light tannins on the finish, strong acids, both tannins and acids over whelm the light fruit flavors - flavors of red fruit
