Beautiful shape, opened up after 20mins — mandarin, oyster shell, caramel.

Deep Golden color. Was initially worried about this being pre moxed. As it opens, it’s def not. Lemon, some white flowers and as it warms it gains a bit of diesel gasoline that I love. This has medium plus and viscosity that is mouth coating in a great way. This has a super intense lemon drop flavor profile with lots of fruit and acidity. Long finish. This is great.

Lovely nose of warm stone fruit and toasty oak with a hint of cumin and turmeric. Crisp spread of warm lemon fruit on the palate with excellent cut and drive, tense acid energy in a mellow aromatic finish.

loved this. medium+ body; lots of fruit, oak - could use a little more time to settle down - but I loved how full and rich this was with terrific acidity and minerality and almost a MJ/redux nose that I love. This was pineapple/some orange on the palate. delicious now and should get a bit better with time in the bottle.

Redolent mineral nose with tones of honey and lemon rind. Penetrating fruit on the palate, rich, shot through with acid energy, unctuous cusp on the back into a winding finish. Rich, vivacious, balanced.

Wow. This is so damm good. Tons of bracing lemon curd; crisp cut with chiseled fruit that is so yummy. Some reductive notes on the nose. As it opens I get some salinity, minerality as well. Medium body and pretty gold color. Man this is great

a fascinating side by side with a 2008 bouchard chevalier montrachet - this was more lush, richer and fuller. the nose had hints of petrol and diesel and there was a sweet pineapple element to the body. can def age a few more years!
