Mid salmon pink. Creamy strawberries and raspberries on the nose, with just a touch of blood orange. Fresh attack with a touch of richness. Bright and crisp on the palate: there's plenty of acidity, but it's very nicely balanced. Bit more richness and depth on the finish. The interest and character grows as it warms up a bit from fridge cold. Not too fizzy either.

nice nose of red fruits and some zest. The palate has a good acidic freshness, with some raspberry sweetness, then the acidity springs back. The finish has a bit of complexity and with that freshness it is delicious. A great alternative to champagne and one to seek out. 88 points
