Burgers and Bordeaux (Boston Wine School) : Color: Medium red with a touch of brown. Nose: V8 juice with a celery stick in it. Dusty and mentholated. Green peppers. Palate: Pepper, cellar dust with tart cherries and a nice little back-end grip.
