2000 Bordeaux Retrospect : Rather yeasty and oxidative on the nose, with strawberry and toasted note. Smooth, high acid and lack of substances, a really simple vintage rose.

Cherry nose, with hints of toast, cherry and orange zest on the palate, not as sweet as I was expecting, with low acidity and not much complexity. Still solid and a nice holiday rose.
