Bristol Wine Company In Store Wine Tasting (Bristol Wine Company, Victoria Street, Bristol) : One of my favourite wines of the night. Very well-made. Creamy apple and citrus with a huge dose of honey on the nose. A pleasant surprise, given my recent Chardonnay-fatigue. Excellent. £10.95

Just a really lovely example of how Chardonnay ought to be. Very elegant with just enough oak to hold it all together. This was the Christmas Day white......excellent vfm for Burgundy as well.
