This bottle, purchased at the same time as the last bottle I had in February of this year, is drinking more at peak than the slightly past peak the last bottle was. Would drink now and over the next year. Kept at 55F since purchase effectively on release. Benefits from an hour of air. Good drinking super Tuscan blend. I had half; drank over one night. Vvv
