A wine of 90% Grenache blanc and since 85% of the same grape is enough to call a wine a mono-cépage I did not add this wine in CT as a blend. But if Eric thinks it should be a blend, it's ok with me. The wine has a lot of flowers and candy impressions in the bouquet as well as the mouth. Fresh acidity. No complexity whatsoever, but a pleasant terrace wine.
