The color was a light golden yellow with a touch of green. The nose was a mineral, tart, oily nose. Flavor was a smooth, almost greasy with a citrus note; it had a definite SB flavor but somewhat muddied by the Semillon and that smoothness. Cold (about 45F) it was much better than the typical 55F serving temp. My score is based on the very cold serving temp. It went ok with Parmesan Tilapia and Truffle pasta but really was …
