Lamy Remilly vertical night. 1 day of air in bottle already. Drank in Grassl Cru. Appearance is clear, pale intesnity, ruby colour. Legs. Nose is clean, medium+ intensity, with aromas of candied strawberries, dark red spices, dusty stones minerality. Developing. On the palate, dry, high acidity, high alcohol (14.5%), medium+ tannins, medium+ body. Medium+ flaovur intensity, with flavours of candied strawberries, sweet red cherries, dark red spices, red licorice, dusty stones minerality. Medium+ bitter-sweet finish with some tannic grip. Very …

Drinking beautifully at 9 years of age. Bright medium ruby (almost pale i.e. quite translucent), beautifully expressive (almost pronounced) nose and very elegant, mature and medium intensity palate offering some lingering and seemingly candied red fruit and integrated secondary flavors that are kept in check by a refreshing acidity and - despite the wine's age - a frame of fine but unobtrusive tannins. A little darker than the Las Iruelas, with cherry like aromas, in addition to herbs and and spices. Airy, pure, fragrant and seductive.

I think far to early to have drunk this. Impressive structure, so I think this will only really show its true form in years to come. Ripe fruit, but far more mineral nose than the immense floral bouquets from other Landi/ Comando G wines. Palate shows great balance, some spice and fruit but again complex minerality. Long finish. Winemaking skill on clear display, but I wish I’d left it a few years longer to be honest...

Moestue’s book launch of «The New Vignerons» (Grand Cafe, Oslo) : Nose: Great nose. Taste: More robust (than Las Iruelas). Fruitiness and a lot of mineral “spice”.

way too early to drink this. Feels not unlike a Vieux Telegraphe from a cold vintage that has passed on from the fruity open first window into a long tunnel. At the same time, it is refreshingly balanced and has some interesting notes of spice, raspberry, licorice and a core of fruit, but mostly its is about acidic structure right now. At the end of the evening and the bottle it is more open and has a little more juicy …
