Very specific chardonnay, locally colored so to say, with lots of aromatic depth and chardonnay fruit without falling in the wood trap. Good length, slightly madeirese, but such an impressive companion for fish and seafood.

Straw color. Nose of fresh brioche, chamomile, lemon. Medium acid, medium body with full mouthfeel. Medium-plus acidity with some minerality. Taste of butterscotch, tropical fruit. Well balanced with long finish.
