A dry Muscat, vinified and aged in steel. Bottled only less than 2 weeks before the tasting. Annual production of some 3,000 bottles. Pale, limpid, slightly greenish color. A little muted and reticent, even closed nose with faint aromas of pear marmalade, florals, nutmeg and winegum sweets. Light, bright and refreshing in the mouth with a slightest touch of CO2 prickle.
