Great QPR on this one. Drinking beautifully. Rush of black and dark-red fruits that are at one bright and lush. Plum, raspberries, and black cherries, with hints of pine, anise and graphite. Fruit-forward, but has enough herbs and minerality to make for an interesting bouquet. Medium-full body, velvety smooth, with light, crisp tannins and nice acidity. Weighty but with freshness. Pleasing if unremarkable finish.

Aroma: nothing too distinct, black cherries in background Color: deep, dark purple, opaque except for rim, clear but medium bodied legs Taste: nice. Medium+ tannins, oak, some dark fruits in background, taste is not overly strong but lingers for a while. Medium+ bodied, alcohol (14.7%) is present in aftertaste but not in nose. I am enjoying it more as it opens up. Would buy again? Yes. B-
