From Pepper Tree Tasting Notes: The 2010 Viognier displays a fragrant nose of mixed floral and spice aromas with a subtle barrel ferment complexity. Ripe and exotic fruit flavours integrate well with French oak providing a wine with great structure and depth.

The palate is mildly creamy, but fairly light and still chunky in texture. The finish is quite light with hardly anything happening other than light typical Semillon flavors.
