Store tasting. Lionel Osmin is a negociant focused on South West France. They have also recently bought up several old estates, including this one and Clos Joliette in Jurancon and Berthomieu in Madiran. The old-fashioned label is lovely. The wine appears to be all gros manseng, averaging 50yo vines. Typical of dry Jurancon, it's got a distinct tanginess and a nice balance of minerality and apricot fruit.

Light somewhat fruity nose, notes of nectarine. Well structured white. Acidity, notes of lemon peel. Denser, more viscous than more traditional whites. Overall, a good food wine.

Some white currant aromas on the nose. Medium bodied, dry, very crisp, showing subtle white currant and white fruits with very firm acidity. Overall rather tight and acidic but was a good match with the great seafood at La Petite Plage restaurant in Biarritz.
