OMG. Food wine folks. Food wine. Drank a bottle tonight with Duroc pork confit, crisped in butter and grape seed oil over simple Jasmine rice. Wine mellowed out, and still retained all the fruit and tannin you want. Wish I had another 3 bottles.

Brownish red colored with a clear rim. Nose of caramel. Taste is full on the mid palate with blackberries and dark cherries with caramel notes on a medium finish. Very enjoyable.
