Dry cork, no mold. Oxidized, brown color. Simple honey, brown sugar, and a bit of granny smith apples. Drink up.

Just a great qpr, consistent with my last note, but I failed to mention the botrytis last time. Served with fried chicken and Indian-spiced rice.

Deep golden color. Apricots & pineapples on the palate with a hint of toffee on the finish. Decent acidity keeps it in check. Not especially unctuous in texture. Went well with Thai chicken in coconut milk, with lemongrass and basil.

With K&G. Appropriately sweet with luscious, peach and apricot, enough acid to balance. Finish with some burnt sugar. Less focused than expected for Eiswein, and seems botrytis-effected, so really more like a BA than an Eiswein. Nonetheless, enjoyable and good QPR at $13 paid.
