The one with open Italians (Imperial Paragon) : Served as pre-dinner teaser. Bouquet very much in line with the pretty and modern style that is trendy today. Stems, red plums, raspberries and icing sugar dominate the bouquet with sage, incense, strawberries and sandalwood more prominent on the palate. There is an interesting amount of viscosity on the palate that keeps one intrigued. This certainly does not drink like a savigny les beaune and punches quite above its weight.
