Alentejo Trip; 6/3/2018-6/8/2018 : This wine is a ton of fun. Aromas of raspberries, strawberries and roses. Light tannins, medium acidity, raspberries and cherries galore. Notes of roses and earth. Pure, fruity, delicious. Alentejo’s answer to Gamay, this is a carbonic macerated wine made from the Alfrocheiro Preto variety, with no new oak and a playful, fun aesthetic, but also shows some solid complexity.
