50 Chard, 50 PB. Pours clear; but with visible sediment. The nose smells a lot cleaner than the appearance suggests, with aromas of wet stone, lime, lemon peel, orange peel and fresh bread. Medium intensity of aromas. There's some lees influence here, and extended maceration too. The palate is more primary, with flavors of ripe apricot, ripe white peach, orange juice, passion fruit, dirt and stone. A hint of butter suggests malo, though I don't think there's actually any. Tasted after 30 minutes of air. Tight and still needs more time. Lively citrus fruit. Very high acidity. Lime zest. Melon. Plenty of punch here.

Spritzy at first. Rather beer-like - bright, zippy, textured and yeasty. Great food wine.

Tangerine. Tangy acidity. Some mineral. Plenty of oomph.
