Well balanced wine. Slight acid, slight tannin, and plenty of flavor. Just the right amount of oakiness to it. Deep dark color. Long finish.

Nice ripe raspberry/blueberry aroma with chocolate. On the palate, medium intensity, starts to dive in the middle but picks up again for a nice finish with some tannin. Like the '03, the texture is very glossy and smooth from ripe fruit and good dirt. I don't get a sense of big oak modification. Could use a few years to gain some composure but good now. Now or wait.
