Stunning. Driven by acidity and lemon, filled in by a creamy middle, and followed by a lovely petrol/lanolin note. Notes of pear and stone fruit dance around the edges of the palate.

Canada 2023: Random Bottles : Lime and apple, touch of honey and hay. Palate is ripe and rounded with off dry sweetness but still has some cut behind it. Nice but a touch more acid would be appreciated.

Pale straw yellow colour. Lots of apricot, pear, and green apple aromas. More apple/pear in the taste. Decent body, quite dry, and lots of acidity. No mistaking that it is a Riesling. Paired very well with a roast chicken and yogurt sauce.
