Wonderful fruit purity with an exquisite nose of fresh cherries and raspberry. There's a suggestion of mint and sage and a bouquet of purple flowers. In the mouth the balance between fruit and savoury elements is perfect and there's a hint of aniseed spice. It finishes with great freshness and the long length is carried by fine-grained tannins.
