A short decant delivered a very enjoyable wine to complement our beef stew meal. Drinking very well with a medium + body, good fruit and acidity to allow for future development.

Medium light clear ruby. Well balanced red fruit and earthiness with nice acidity to give it structure. 13.9% abv.

Nicely balance of earth and fruit. Gets better and better in the glass. Look forward to see what happens with the next bottle in 6-12 mos.

Just the right amount of fruit and earth, balanced, with an extremely pleasant finish.

Decanted >1 hour. Nice red fruit with hints of cola and baking spices. Still a bit “hot” so we’ll hold the other bottle for a couple more years.

Big and bold, kinda heavy, although alcohol is only at 13.9. No tannins really to speak of , and a moderate finish. In summary, this wine is at a funky place right now. Have another bottle to sit on for a few more years.

Pop and pour. Supple and round Dundee Hills Pinot with grilled bread, red fruit, sous bois. In a great place and ready to go.

Steve's summer adventure wine tasting. First vintage from this vineyard. Light ruby in the glass with an earthiness on the nose. Hints of dark cherries. Smooth and well balanced.
