LVDO10anni dinner. La Paulée style. Good acidity, good structure. Meat on bones Gevrey GC. Still has long life ahead.

La Vigne d'Or 10th anniversary charity dinner : Trying too hard to achieve pretty red fruit but turned out to be too airy. Distracting cola note.

Nose has spiced cherry and plum, seasoned oak, some dried meats and river stones. Palate reflected the aromatics. Good structure with some dry tannins. Nice graphite towards the end of the finish which is drying and powerful.

Five years after Harley1199's tasting note; still elegant and refined developing now more mineral and spicy elements. I noticed iron in combination with ripe fruit in a concentrated wine, both supported by a superb citrus. Shy at day one and the wine needed a lot of aeration; at day two the wine has gained far more (ripe) colour and the bouquet had more complexity. For me a masculin wine with more than a feminin touch.

2013 Gevrey-Chambertin Review (Paris - France) : By the glass. Awesome. Very pure fruit aromas with hints of fresh meat. On the palate it is sensual, long and persistent, with a velvety texture. A delight. Elegant to the bone. Highly recommended. Por copas. Impresionante. Aromas frutales muy puros con recuerdos a carne fresca. Al paladar es sensual, largo y persistente, con una textura aterciopelada. Una delicia. Elegante hasta la médula. Altamente recomendado.

TOPBOURGOGNES (reds) (Tasting @ restaurant Fitgerald , Rotterdam) : Lovely raspberry nose, with an amazing silky texture showing refined elegance on the very long mineral finish. A Latricières of incredible finesse!
