P&P. Amazing wine, at the peak of drinking right now. Hints of the Rocks Funk, but much more centered around the fruit. Also got some interesting almond extract notes. Flavors of blackberry, umami, almond, saline, mineral and chocolate. Really great stuff, sad this is my last bottle. Drink now - 2028+.

P&P through an aerator. Outstanding wine, and our favorite from the entire weekend (vs. Force Majeure, Alban, Quilceda Creek, etc.) Rocks Funk, mineral, smoked meat, pepper, black fruit and olives. Great stuff, glad I have another bottle! Drink now - 2028.

Such a great wine. Three parts blueberry, one part charcoal, one part Walla Walla Syrah funk. Very enjoyable.

Don’t let this score fool you, this is insanely delicious and drinking incredibly well. Red raspberry, smoked pepper, green olive, licorice, and spiced vanilla all front the cleanest smooth finish. Everything is in balance and totally fantastic.

October 15, 2021 tapis night. Had with rack of lamb and Korean barbecue pork. Decanted after being open for four hours and then return to the bottle. Full bodied with a black fruit espresso in leather does. Raspberry leather and espresso. Well balanced. Will hold it for one year and try the next bottle.

Night one was classic rocks with a distinctive nose and a nice lush palate. Night two blew my mind, Dr Pepper on the nose and a super silky palate with deep blue fruit and smoked bacon. Both my wife and I were stunned where this wine was on night two.

Splash decanted and then back into the bottle (Menu decanter). Amazing wine, full of black fruit, espresso, orange peel and a lovely saline/mineral flavor. This stuff rocks! Drink now - 2030.

Beautiful dark purple. Aromas of blackberry, bacon. Earthy pepper, leather, ripe dark berries with a nice finish. Drinking well now, but could improve for another couple of years

Amazing wine, consumed too early, should drink in 2021 or later. Nose is much different than taste. Nose smells of stems, taste is indescribably awesome. Great finish.

A bold earthy perfume. Wildflower and bramble. Delicate meat profile. And black cherry and still tense. From SJR vineyard. That’s darn fine stuff. Seamless and super integrated. Floral and really complex.
