Chiron Grenache Mind the Wild McGah Vineyard

Interesting and intensely flavored wine with a definitive point of view. So much California Grenache is jammy. This definitely isn’t that. There is a very pleasurable austerity to this wine, although it does have lovely fruit, it has a lot of background spice notes and good acidity. It’s light.
