Azpilicueta, Crianza, Rioja

On the nose getting some good berries with a nice level of leather and earth, mouth feel is very smooth, the palate presents a combination of plum and beeries with leather and some spice, can definitely taste the oak on the back palate and the tannins tend to kick in on a rather long finish. This wine shows a fairly nice integration of fruit, oak, leather, spice and tannins. This is a decent sipping wine for $12.
