Kerloo Cellars Sauvignon Blanc

Color: Almost golden, a bit darker than what I would normally expect from a sauvignon blanc of this age. Upon opening, I got an oxidative note on the nose and palate. This "blew" off after about 30 minutes. On the nose, some grassiness, stone fruit (peaches). Initially, a bit muted but after being opened for a while, became a very expressive wine. Typical sauvignon blanc characateristics but not over the top. This definately felt like more of a cool climate …
