Is this really Syrah/Shiraz? The wine is overly fruity and overly sweet, actually syrupy and sugary - and really flabby. There are strong flavors of blackcurrant and chokeberry, but not even a hint of spiciness. The wine lacks freshness, structure and elegance because of the almost complete lack of acidity.
