Deep ruby to purple. Stewed blueberries and raspberries on the nose. Tart red apple, a touch of bitter almond and slight herbaceousness. Medium bodied palate with refreshing structure and enough effervescence to bring some moussé-like smoothness and malo-character to the tart berry profile. Still pleasently dry and rather acidic. Refreshing cranberry finish with medium length. Approachable and pretty clean effort - a nice and well-made quaffer, though not overly compelling. EDIT: day2 delivers big time.
