In de neus al meteen lekker kruidig. Als de heide in het najaar. In de mond pont de kruidigheid mooi terug, zuur in goede balans. Fijn spel van genoeg structuur en fruit. Ik vind de pq heel prima. Absoluut de plus klasse.

Clean and structured with fine minerality, integrated acids, and some nice savory notes. Finishes dry and shows impressive clarity and focus, somewhat reminiscent of a mini Tempier. That being said it is pretty compact right now and could use another six months to flesh out a bit. Pretty good though.
