Popped and poured. Very nice fruity aromas and tastes, in a great spot now, blackberries and plums, hint of smoke and garrigue. Nothing super special, just a perfect pizza wine for Friday movie night.

Popped and poured. Nice Languedocy aromas of smoke and blackberries, quite elegant. The palate shows ripe red fruits with smooth tannins and bitter dark chocolate, very nice! This is ready right now, very tasty!

La robe est rubis foncé / violacé, assez dense, semi opaque. Le nez émane la mûre, les cerises à l'eau de vie, la réglisse, le 5-épices, avec un boisé perceptible. La bouche est imposante, corps plein, bien concentré, avec une belle acidité qui garde le tonus. Matière de qualité, c'est bien travaillé. Finale un peu capiteuse. Peux certainement tenir la route encore 3-4 ans.

Vanilla, mocha and cherry nose leads to light cinnamon and raspberry notes. Deepening complex fruit that doesn't overpower but carries a smooth touch of smoke and milk chocolate. Terrific value.

Wine Ark tasting - Bastille Day (wine ark alexandria) : That scent that I kind of associate with Languedoc; a bit country, bit herbal, bit medicinal but then red and black berry tending to sweetness but not over ripeness and quite savoury as well.
